Leadership Training
Throughout this facilitation, managers and people leaders will be introduced to neurodiversity and the social model of disability justice. Participants will learn about different access and accommodations that they can implement to support a neurodiverse team.
This facilitation was developed by Chantoy Williams and Marisa Tran as neurodivergent EDI professionals looking for ways to make workplaces safer and more accessible for people like them.
The workshop will answer:
*What is neurodiversity?
*What can disclosing a disability and accommodations look like?
*What management techniques can you implement for all staff that have neurodivergent access needs?
*How can you remove barriers that are preventing neurodivergent staff from performing at their best?

This workshop is designed to help build confidence in giving and receiving feedback in a way that is clear, kind, and actionable. We will explore how feedback, when done well, strengthens trust and relationships instead of feeling like criticism. Through interactive discussions, small group activities, and personal reflection, we’ll learn to see feedback as a tool for growth and explore how digital tools impact workplace communication.
